Summary: There is a new bank robber in town and his name is Pat Pending. Summary: It's an ordinary day for Gotham's high school students as they attend a career day fair at their school. Also attending the event is Helena Wayne as a guest to talk about the law profession. The students are less than enthusiastic about the job prospects, prompting them to ask Helena what it is about her career that makes it "fun" for her. Helena answers the students' questions about the details of her job and then talks about what she "enjoys most" about it by very implicitly talking about her exploits as the Huntress. Helena gives an example of such a case by discussing an earlier exploit she made as the Huntress earlier that day.

New Letter to DC President Geoff Johns, This Time Officially Petitioning for Helena Wayne's Inclusion in Rebirth and Legend of Wonder Woman Vol. 2

It has been a very depressing week for people in both the United States and United Kingdom. In the same week of Donald Trump's "inauguration," British Prime Minister, Theresa May, delivered her speech outlining her objectives for Brexit. Let's just say that by Friday, I was feeling so disillusioned with the state of both of these countries, I stayed off Twitter for the entire day and felt like Dr. Manhattan did when he decided to isolate himself on Mars away from humanity and the world's constant conflicts. I felt like residing on Mars myself despite having a CO2-rich atmoshphere, no natural resources, and it is cold as hell out there. But then, something miraculous happened today: the Women's March all over the globe.

I have to admit, there is nothing more inspiring and empowering than seeing millions upon millions of people uniting all over the world for the same cause. For the first time since Brexit and the US election, I was actually feeling hopeful and optimistic for the future. Just as I was getting ready to give up the fight, feeling that everything we've done has been futile, millions of people reminded me that no, I am not alone in my sentiments, and that we are all in this together. Even though the US government has been usurped by a regressive, racist, misogynist, and homophobic minority that empower the likes of the Ku Klux Klan and the American Nazi Party, there are still millions of people out there who will stand up and say "no, we do NOT accept this outcome."

Well, I got inspired today. I got inspired to finally put into words what I've been wanting to say for a whole year, and it took a freedom march to finally come up with the right words to say. I've written Geoff Johns a letter officially petitioning for Helena Wayne's inclusion in Justice Society Rebirth as well as the revival of Legend of Wonder Woman Vol. 2 with Renae De Liz and Ray Dillon as the creative team. Unfortunately, in detailing my reasons for wanting both things, I couldn't be keep the letter short, but I hope that it will make a difference all the same.

I will be dropping this off in the mail tomorrow. I don't know if Geoff Johns will see it, or even read it, but I hope he will. Like every DC fan reading Rebirth right now, I hope that this year and every year after, we will finally get back the the Helena Wayne and Justice Society we want to read about, and I hope too that DC decides to keep publishing Legend of Wonder Woman, especially with her movie about to come out in a few months.

Summary: The Huntress has found the hideout of Toro and the Boa, but they weren't without any surprises of their own. Having unleashed one of the boa constrictors on the Huntress--Rosemary--Toro and Boa make their escape. With Rosemary having a strong stranglehold on her, the Huntress tries to prevent the boa constrictor from killing her by holding her breath. She is unable to hold it for very long, and the boa constrictor tightens her grip on the heroine after every exhale, causing her to nearly pass out. She is then rescued by Charley Bullock who wakes up just in time to kill the snake.
